SP.UI.Notify.addNotification('Chris Kent is Awesome!');

If you do not have a VS development environment, here is my 7 step process to remove the above notification:
  1. Download WSP.
  2. Change extension to CAB
  3. Extract with WinRAR
  4. Edit the Elements file to remove "SP.UI.Notify.addNotification('Chris Kent is Awesome!');"
  5. Create a zip file called WireBear.InfoPathPrinter.zip and add all files/folders to this zip
  6. The use IZArc to convert zip to cab
  7. Rename extension of cab to wsp
